Text: The Misan Valley. The personality of the temple's owner was more outstanding than the valley. Once the owner is gone, the valley alone is beautiful. No need for me to visit again.

Recommended by Paige (Collections Manager):
For me, ‘Go Out Together’ is about how individuals make up a community. While I sometimes feel like a nonentity walking around my city, artists like Lee Chul Soo remind me that I’m part of a greater network, that while I’m just one person experiencing the city in my own way, that itself makes me a member of the community. The simple composition gives me time and space to look around, examine each moment, and give it the value it deserves. I try to look at my neighbors (and of course the dogs) with the friendly eyes that Lee Chul Soo uses.

Poem: Today the whole universe seems to exist only for you.
Recommended by Emma (Marketing & Communications Manager): This print is a beautiful example of simplicity. I love the variation of the stars in the sky, the simple composition, and the way the poem ties the piece together both visually and conceptually. The contrast between the small scale of a dandelion and the large scale of the entire universe makes this piece relatable and timeless.

Poem: Bird, human being, and the world live with their bodies. Everyone, including those who are living in an age as dark as death and those who are already dead, lives with the whole body and dies with the whole body. Therefore, please don't be cruel to life.

Poem: There is a dog which think they are a human not a dog. It is not a dog's fault. Also there is a human which they don't even know they are a dog. Whatever, a dog and a human both need to find their own position and do their job properly. -Isn't it? Woof! Woof!
